Britta Steilmann Artisan Studios LLC is a German design powerhouse now working exclusively on the East End of Long Island New York. Britta Steilmann is an acclaimed expert for ecological and sustainable design. Named Eco Manager of the year in her home country Germany, Britta started her career as a fashion designer. Decorated with Germany's highest honor the Federal Cross of Merit in 1993 Britta Steilmann revolutionized the European Fashion industry and started an ecological movement influencing all design industries to go green.

In 2004 she started her first Interior Design Company developing a close relationship with her A-List clients, assisting them in choosing the right location and creating a green and spiritual sanctuary. Britta carefully hand selects all ecological materials used in the design and building process.
